1. General provisions<\/h2>\n

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Test Solutions Ltd, UIC 130083177, hereinafter referred to as \"Merchant\", and the users of the FJK Shop e-shop.<\/p>\n

3. Orders<\/h2>\n

Orders can be placed through the 24\/7 e-shop. After placing an order, the customer receives a confirmation email. <\/p>\n

4. Prices<\/h2>\n

All prices are in Euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n

5. Payment methods<\/h2>\n

Payment is made:
by bank transfer
The order is processed after payment is received.<\/p>\n

6. Delivery<\/h2>\n

Delivery is made:
via courier company Speedy
or personal delivery from the office of Test Solutions Ltd.

7. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to return the purchased product within 14 days of receipt.<\/p>\n

8. Return of products<\/h2>\n

The product must be returned to the retailer:

without signs of use
with original packaging

Return costs are at the expense of the customer.<\/p>\n

9. Complaints<\/h2>\n

Complaints are accepted in accordance with applicable Bulgarian law.<\/p>\n

10. Privacy Policy<\/h2>\n

The Merchant processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR.<\/p>\n

11. Rights and obligations of the supplier<\/h2>\n

- The SUPPLIER has the right to store and process information and materials necessary for the operation of the Online Shop, subject to applicable law.
- The SUPPLIER shall have the right to change, suspend or discontinue the offer of certain goods or services in the E-shop for future orders, without prejudice to the rights of users under already confirmed orders and concluded contracts.
- In case of violation of these General Terms and Conditions, the SUPPLIER shall have the right to temporarily restrict or terminate the access of the concerned USER to the E-shop, when this is necessary to protect his\/her legitimate interests, other users or the security of the system.
- Upon receipt of payment, where such payment is required in advance, the SUPPLIER undertakes to deliver the goods ordered within the agreed time and to transfer ownership thereof in accordance with applicable law.
- The SUPPLIER shall provide information about the goods offered based on data provided by manufacturers, importers or suppliers, taking due care to maintain their currency and accuracy. Any inaccuracies found shall be rectified within a reasonable time after becoming aware of them.
- The SUPPLIER processes personal data of users only if there is a legal basis and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR), the Personal Data Protection Act and the Privacy Policy of the Online Store.
- The SUPPLIER shall provide users with the opportunity to obtain information about the processing of their personal data and to exercise their rights under applicable law.<\/p>\n

12. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n

- The SUPPLIER shall take reasonable care to maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Online Shop, but does not guarantee the absence of technical errors, incompleteness or temporary unavailability of the content.
- The SUPPLIER shall not be liable for any damages caused by the wrongful acts of third parties, computer viruses, malware, hacker attacks or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, provided that it has taken the necessary measures to protect the information systems.
- The e-shop may contain links to third party websites. The SUPPLIER is not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality or privacy policies of these pages.
- The advice and recommendations provided by the SUPPLIER's employees are of an informative nature and do not restrict the legal rights of consumers arising from the sales contract and the applicable legislation.
- The SUPPLIER shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of its obligations where such failure or delay is due to force majeure, extraordinary circumstances or other events beyond its reasonable control, including interruptions of communication networks, power supply, third party services or acts of governmental authorities.
