In the event that the CUSTOMER is not found within the delivery period, at the address indicated or access and conditions for delivery of the goods are not provided within this period, the SUPPLIER shall be released from its obligation to deliver the goods requested for purchase. In this case, TEST SOLUTIONS shall refund to the Customer, the amount paid within 14 working days from the date of the relevant event - prevention of the goods being duly delivered.  <\/li>\n<li>Upon delivery of the SHIPMENT by the courier company, the shipment should be carefully examined by the Customer or his authorized person (third authorized person). Possible damages, knocks and other damages should be described in an Inspection Report provided by the courier and completed in his presence. The Customer must keep a copy of this Report of Findings for themselves and report the situation immediately to TEST SOLUTIONS in order to exercise the Customer's rights.  <\/li>\n<li>If the delivered GOODS do not match the Customer\u2019s order and this can be established by a simple inspection, the Customer may request a replacement with the goods ordered within 24 hours of receipt. In this case, the Customer must correctly complete <a href=\"https:\/\/fujikurashop.testsolutions.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/\u0424\u043e\u0440\u043c\u0430-\u0437\u0430-\u0440\u0435\u043a\u043b\u0430\u043c\u0430\u0446\u0438\u044f.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" style=\"color: #7cda24;\">the Complaints Form<\/a>, which is available on the Online Shop website, and wait for an employee to contact them for assistance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>You have the right to return a purchased product within <\/span><strong><span>14 days<\/span><\/strong><span> from the date of receipt of the product without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span>Conditions for return<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>Due to the specific nature of the products offered (fiber optic fusion splicers and professional accessories), returned goods must meet the following conditions:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><span>Not have been used or have no signs of use beyond that required for the test;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>They must be <\/span><strong><span>complete<\/span><\/strong><span> (including all accessories, cables, batteries, tools, etc.);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>To be with <\/span><strong><span>original packaging<\/span><\/strong><span> and documentation;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>No adjustments, calibrations or service interventions by unauthorized persons;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Be accompanied by a proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Within the same period (14 days) the Customer shall send the relevant goods to the Merchant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>We reserve the right to refuse returns or withhold part of the amount in the event of shortages, damage or signs of use.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span>How to return a product<\/span><\/h3>\n<ol data-spread=\"false\" start=\"1\">\n<li><span>Contact us by email or phone and provide an order number;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Wait for our confirmation;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Send the product to our address.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>In the event of loss or destruction of the goods, prior to their receipt by the SUPPLIER, the CUSTOMER shall pay compensation in the amount of their value, according to the current price list in the Online Store.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span>Refunds<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the amount within <\/span><strong><span>14 days<\/span><\/strong><span> using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>A charge may be made if the value of the product is reduced due to misuse.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span>Complaints<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>In the event of a defect or non-conformity of the product, you have the right to claim. In this case you can choose: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><span>Repair;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Replacement;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>price reduction;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>refund.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>Please contact us as soon as possible after identifying the problem.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span>Non-returnable products<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><span>Used or damaged products;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Consumables (electrodes, knives, cleaning materials) with broken packaging;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Customized products;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Software after activation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>Complaints regarding the type and integrity of the shipment should be made in the presence of the courier, at the time of receipt of the shipment or before the Customer has left the courier's office (upon receipt of the shipment from the courier's office). Thereafter, the Customer shall have the right to withdraw from the ordered goods within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, in the event that the same have not been used except for sample (functionality of the goods, size matching), the integrity of the packaging has not been damaged and have a preserved commercial appearance (all labels, stickers, etc. must be on the goods). <br \/>In the event that upon receipt of the parcel, the same has a broken or fragmented packaging, the claim will be upheld only in the presence of the courier - upon receipt of the goods.
