Other

In the event that there is an unclear address or details, a member of staff will email questions for clarification. Failure to confirm the required information by phone or email will automatically result in cancellation of the order without further notification.

TEST SOLUTIONS Ltd. reserves the right to refuse confirmation of any online order and undertakes to formally notify the Customer of the refusal and the reason for it.

TEST SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for any delay in delivery if the delay is caused by the courier company or another supplier. If an incorrect address, contact person and/or telephone number is provided when placing the order, TEST SOLUTIONS shall not be bound by any obligation to fulfil the order.

Upon delivery of the GOODS by a courier, the Customer or a third authorized person shall sign the accompanying documents for accountability. A third authorised person is anyone who is not the holder of the order application but accepts delivery of the goods and has accepted delivery at the address given by the Customer.
